When Night Gallery opened in a strip mall in Lincoln Heights back in 2010, keeping odd nocturnal hours, it wasn't easy to predict that it would become one of LA's most successful gallery stories. Yet today it's thriving - a combination of daring gallery exhibitions and social space have propelled it into one of LA's most interesting galleries. Run by partners Davida Nemeroff and Mieke Marple, the gallery has given up its cave-like space for something more cavernous, moving into a 6,000 square foot warehouse near downtown LA.

Join us for a tour of the new space with owners Nemeroff and Marple as well as Peter Zellner (who has also designed Matthew Marks Gallery, Susanne Veilmetter, and LAXART). We'll be seeing a group show, Made in Space, featuring artists such as Liz Larner, Jim Isermann, Jorge Pardo, and William Leavitt. Unlike our last tour of Night Gallery, we're meeting at the much more reasonable hour of 7pm! And join us afterwards for drinks at Tony's: 2017 East 7th Street, LA CA 90021.
